Olive Branch came to be as the culmination of years of learning, baking, and community building by Kelly Trace and Breanna Breike. As the leaders of the award-winning team behind Heritage Restaurant and Tarte Bakery, they’ve been recognized with honors from Best Chef to Best Bakery to a Wine Spectator award. Their mastery of pastries, slow-crafted food, and welcoming environments weave together to create a space where people linger, savor, and belong.

At Olive Branch Bakery & Mercantile, our mission is to create a space where good food, meaningful connection, and thoughtful gathering come together daily. We believe in slowing down, sharing a table, and building community through handcrafted pastries, quality ingredients, curated goods, and warm hospitality.
Olive Branch strives to offer more than a café experience. It is a place to discover beautiful things, celebrate local makers and growers, share conversation, and feel genuinely welcomed.
